Early in July a working group helped to clear the cut grass and wildflowers grown under the Caring for God's Acre scheme to encourage biodiversity.

The Caring for God's Acre group (a non-religious organisation) were joined by volunteers from Stourbridge Ramblers (who have been coming for over 30 years!) and villagers. The reward for all their hard work was a scrumptious picnic and the satisfaction of a good moring's work maintaining a site for nature and heritage. We're not sure how much work Jim did but he loks pretty tired!
